When I was younger my parents bought my great grandparents' home that my grandpa had built himself back in the 80's. My parents completely gutted the entire main level of the home and finished the lower level while also adding 2 bedrooms downstairs by this process I was just so fascinated by the way my parents took this old home that belonged to my great grandparents and turned it into something they could call home. This was the start of my Real Estate journey.
My entire life I was around different family members building homes, selling homes, and buying new homes, but every home I walked into I could always picture a way to make it bigger or better.
Now as a Real Estate Agent, during showings with buyers, I always listen to what they have to say, comments they make pertaining if the living room isn't big enough for entertainment, or if they tell me they like to cook, then I know they need a home with a large kitchen. Listening to all those small comments can actually be a big deal to your buyer and may even be a deal breaker for buying a home.
Real Estate for me isn't just about the money, it is about helping people in my community to find that place that they can call HOME, a place they enjoy hosting gatherings, cooking for friends and family, or playing with their kids or grandkids in the backyard.
I have always strived to meet all expectations and needs in everyone I have encountered throughout the years. My goal in Real Estate is to help instill confidence in my client’s that I WILL get the job done for them!
